Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want every customer to feel good about their submission. Our refund policy is simple and clearly stated below.
1. Refund Window
You may request a full refund within 24 hours of payment, for any reason, with no questions asked.
2. How to Request a Refund
Email durgapursteeltech@gmail.com with the following details:
- Your Razorpay Payment ID (received on successful payment)
- The name and dedication you submitted
- The reason for refund (optional but helpful)
3. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are initiated within 2 business days. The amount returns to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank or UPI provider.
4. After the 24-Hour Window
After 24 hours, refunds are at our discretion. We will issue refunds in cases of:
- Verified duplicate charges
- Technical errors on our side that prevented your submission from going live
- Other clear faults of the Service
We will not issue refunds after 24 hours for changes of mind, since your star is already published.
5. Content Removal
If your submission is removed because it violates our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
6. Cancellations
Once a payment is made, the submission is processed and displayed within seconds. There is no separate cancellation flow — please use the refund process above.
7. Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a payment, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We are happy to resolve disputes directly and quickly.
